Hello everyone I am Johari the co-founder of Bongomassage. At first  i was working at a massage salon. I was loved by many customers, I believe i was providing good service that’s why customers liked me, One of the customers advised to open a website. After all these requests and demands I understood that i had to make an expansion, I had to organise more professionals to work with me from other regions around the country. This was because the demand for service began to rapidly increase not only in Dar es salaam but almost everywhere around the country that is morogoro, Iringa, Mbeya, Njombe, Tanga, Kilimanjaro,Musoma, Mara, Mwanza, Shinyanga, Kahama, Zanzibar everywhere till Mtwara.

Why we made the system that someone has to pay first?

 It occurred in some cases that they were some people who played clever and tried to trick by paying less. It happens that there is a known fixed price one customers says i can pay but i don’t trust if someone can come to my hotel place but on that person arrival i will pay in full. At first i thought maybe it was sure kind tricky to go with my system but i came to realise almost everyone who received such an offer of post payment did not return the favor back by reward of the payment instead they by pass the office conditions and deal with the individual masseuse at those regions. This in turns leaves nothing back for gain to the office. Its so sad.

Why we couldn’t leave the money to be received by massuese and sent back to office after service?

In this case we tried but the results were not so good.  It was because some of the customers who found us were not really serious about the service. Maybe it happens someone wants to prove if the service is really there but he is not ready yet at that particular moment. This became a waste of time and disturbance of mind because you are not knowing exactly if that person is went for the service or not (maybe your attendant stole away with the money).

Another thing may happen that the customer may not go for service todayy but on the other day, he customer will contact directly the masseuse in charge since they have their number that means you will not know whats going on. In the end you will not receive money from that customer.

lastly about postpayment not being accepted, a customer may tend to agree on price but afterward he starts renegotiating with the massuese to get the discount. By any means most of the massuese will accept the offer as their cut will not be affected.

Lastly in the end i thank God most of the people are good people and they understand easily on explain or just as a matured person so the business goes well.
